BIRTHE LOVES FASHION IS 1 YEAR!
Just remembered that it is one year since I posted my first blog entry. Time flies.
Last week the blog passed 100.000 page views.
Thanks so much to everyone who checks in! I love you!
MUM VISITING
I got to some small gifts today, and I ended up with this bracelet (very Givenchy aw 07), a necklace with a mirror and a hat that looks like a mash up between something Little Steven would wear and an old maids hat. Everything from H&M. Nice! (and thanks mum!)

ACNE JEANS AW 08/09
I think this look is very 90s. The more sophisticated side of the 90s with ruffled blouses, tailored (suit)pants and dressed up shoes (and of course the Dr. Martens-ish boots).

DON´T BELIEVE THE HYPE
This is the incredible A-pant from Acne Jeans, that people seems to head over heels with.
I do not get it. It is the most ugly pants in a long time. The shape is awful, and flairs? Come on guys. I know that some think this will be a huge trend, but when all the tacky people are still wearing flairs, how can it be cool? I know I know, never say never, but I am so dissapointed in Acne for making these jeans.
What do you think?

MEN IN TIGHTS
Bernhard Willhelm is showing his aw 08/09 collection as a motion installation extravaganza. It was previewed in Paris last weekend, but it will be not be finished until it is showing in New York next weekend at the start of fashion week. I guess the title may say it all about the collection. Pictures from the invitation and the shoot.
HENRIK VIBSKOV AW 08/09: THE MINT INSTITUTE
I love Mr. Vibskov, but I think some of his design may be too similar to Bernhard Willhelm, even though Vibskov is a lot easier to wear/like. Still, I like the hats, the blankets, the colours and so on. Streetwear in a very fresh way.

NECKLACE BAG
I love how Martin Margiela used small bags as necklace on his MM6 collection. Easy to copy this look, I know I already have several mini bags that can be used to get this look.
