2. HAND INSPIRED BY DRIES AND JIL!

When I was in Oslo in may I got this silk-blouse at Fretex on Grünerløkka. I liked it instantly even though the color is not one of my favourites, but there was just something to it, and the colour turned out to have the right look in a fresh and sober way.
The blouse has a Dries Van Noten feeling, and when I was browsing internet I found that it had a certain Jil Sander feel to it as well.
I also got this black chiffon-dress here in Bergen at Fretex a couple of weeks ago. I think it has some of the same feeling as the silk blouse, but in a different way. I have not used it yet, but I will soon. I just need to figure out how to since it has see-trough material.

SOME BASICS FOR NEW YORK

I will not go jeans hunting in New York (except for the ripped up ones from Maison Martin Margiela), and today I finally bought this jeans from Acne called Needle. It is slim and simple with a high waist. I have tried it on several times and today was the day. It is funny how you want something new when travelling, when you should just save all your money for the trip.
Ye ye. I also got these black monocrome Keds. I like!

NEW MAC

Yesterday I ordered a Mac Pro since my old powerbook seems to be in eternal sleep modus. I do not think I will have it before my trip to New York, but it does not matter since I am travelling without my laptop (for once).
Also I ask for your patience since this ibook I am working from now is very slow and it is difficult to upload my own pictures in the quality I like. This means less pictures from me, but hopefully more from around the web.

WORK IN A SHOP = SHOPPING

If you have ever worked in a (clothing)shop, you might know that it makes you a shoppingmaniac. The last couple of days I have bought a black eco-sweater from Filippa K, a scarf from Wood Wood and finally these jewelerys from Fa Fa Fa, and I think more will come my way. I like!

THE BW DRESS (AND CPH SHOPPING)

I bought two things when in Copenhagen. I got this dress from Bernhard Willhelm at Wood Wood (only mine is in navy blue cotton), and also a pair of stockings from the same shop.
There are some nice shops in Copenhagen. My favourites:
- Storm: Never bought anything here, but always lots of interesting stuff though most of it is too expencive for me. Saw a pair of Raf Simons hi tops to die for, but I must save for my New York trip and hopefully get a pair there.
- Wood Wood: Lots of clothes from their own brand of course, lots of Bernhard Willhelm especially for girls and a selcetion of c-neeon. For boys there was Visvim shoes, oils skin jackets (no kidding) and many nice (timber)shirts.
- Henrik Vibskov: Elvis on the speakers and a intimate shop. A pleasent surprise was that they had Walter Van Beirendonck! I have never seen his clothes irl before. Also nice stuff from Stine Goya, c-neeon as well as Cassetteplaya tees and of course the lot from Henrik Vibskov.

FASHION AGAINST AIDS

H&M have released their Fashion Against Aids campaign, and today I got these two tanks designed by Henrik Vibskov and Chicks On Speed. I have not tried them on, but I hope to keep them both. My all over favourite must be the Use Condom-tee by Katherine Hamnett.

MUM VISITING

I got to some small gifts today, and I ended up with this bracelet (very Givenchy aw 07), a necklace with a mirror and a hat that looks like a mash up between something Little Steven would wear and an old maids hat. Everything from H&M. Nice! (and thanks mum!)

FIRST SPRING PURCHASE

I tried on several things, but ended up with this rather classic crop sleeved cardigan from Filippa K. I love the shorts arms, the oversized shape and the mixed cotton/merion wool quality. It is actually my first Filippa K-buy in a very very long time.

SOME SHOPPING

Before x mas (while on my gift buying marathon) I always buy stuff on impuls. I do not know why, I think the money just runs out more easily and you are worrying about not having everything in order before the holidays. I got this fannypack at H&M along with two hats (that I kind of regret buying) and some tiny glittery bow ties to put on your shoes. That was pre x mas. Today I got these lamé boots at Fretex for only 70 kroner (6 pounds), they are made in Italy and seems like good quality. I also got this denim shirt on 50 % sale at H&M, having noticing it earlier. Think I will use it with blue jeans (that I never seem to fit with anything these days).

PRE X-MAS GIFTS

Ok. I do not normally do this, but since my attempt to buy this Jeremy Scott-tee/dress failed, I am now gonna get these Skyward items. Best part is they are half price at Seven New York compared to prices in Sweden. Do not know why they are priced so low.
I have been dreaming of these clothes since I first saw them in London in june.
This will be x-mas gifts to me from me!

NIKE AIR MAX 1 PREMIUM

New shoes! Instead of buying the Acne-dress, I got these shoes. Quite balanced look I think, and the Nike-size 38,5 always fits me perfect!

BIG JACKET + SILVER SHOES

Bought this jacket and shoes at Fretex (Salvation Army). I am so pleased with the jacket. I tried a similar one a year ago and there is this Acne-jacket that has the same shape that I tried on in the new Acne Jeans-shop in Oslo a couple of days ago. So you can tell I am satisfied. The shoes was just so shiny that I could not resist, they have this 90s/Acne-feeling also.

LITTLE MISS T...

...is quite a new shop in Oslo, it is in the same street (Søndregate at Grünerløkka) as Delicatessen (my favourite place to eat in Oslo!) and they sell brands like Won Hundred, Pudel, Minimarket: all among my favourites. I did not have time to take pictures, but you should go and check it out yourself!
PS! They had a few Vibskov-scarves at MA in Hegdehaugsveien.

NEW WALLET

This purchase has to be defined as slow shopping. It has been several years since I first started to long for a wallet from Comme Des Garcons. I have been close buying it many times, in London, Tokyo and in Oslo earlier this autumn. On saturday I got one (and by this time my old one from Oasis has become both the definition of ugly and non-functional). It costed 900 kroner at Secret Society, but so worth it and I think this will last for many, many years, maybe forever!

BOOTS ARE THE NEW PLIMSOLES

Bought these Dr Martens today, they have 10 holes and are black and shiny (and very stiff leather). It will take some pain to make them comfortable, but when they are worn in there are nothing better!

Dette er ganske morsomt. Back in the days (dvs på 90-talet) var det ei stund ganske kult med svart neglelakk. Eg brukte det så klart, men det var ekstremt vanskelig å få tak i (og legg til uten internett, ingen google osv).
I dag kjøpte eg denne frå Chanel. Chanel liksom, how cutting egde er det? LOL.

I remember how hard it was to find black nailcoat in the 90s. Today I just bought a Chanel one. How cutting egde is that? LOL.

NEW CARDIGAN!

You do not see it as well on this picture, but I got this cardigan yesterday. it is so nice! It is loose and black and can be worn in many different ways because of the buttons. It is from Cheap Monday.
