HENRIK VIBSKOV AW 08/09: THE MINT INSTITUTE

I love Mr. Vibskov, but I think some of his design may be too similar to Bernhard Willhelm, even though Vibskov is a lot easier to wear/like. Still, I like the hats, the blankets, the colours and so on. Streetwear in a very fresh way.

I think on the surface that both their collections debuting now is similar on the surface about of the multi-faceted use of colours but I do believe that do use colours in the way they both have done, you really have to get it right or else it would look stale right? They're both solid designers however as I've written and followed up on Henrik and his ups and downs as a fashion designer.

Also, I think a difference in conception is there too. I can definitely see Bernhard's Belgium/German influence whilst Henrik is of course Danish/Scandinavian roots.
