Sju ting du (kanskje) ikkje visste om meg:

1. Eg er ein food freak. Eg elskar å lage mate og hatar halvfabrikat, Toro og Grandiosa. Eg kjøpar helst økologisk og unngår i det lengste smakstilsetningar og e-stoff, kveitemjøl og sukker. Eg brukar nesten alle mine pengar på mat.

2. Eg er nesten vegetarianar, men spiser ein rein indrefilét i ny og ne (he he). Eg spiser aldri blandingsprodukt som kjøttdeig, pølser, kjøttpålegg og skinke o.l. Dersom eg skal lage kyllingfilet skjer eg vekk cirka 1/3 del for at kjøtet skal vere 100 prosent reint.

3. Eg gikk på rytmisk sportsgymnastikk, trena skikkelig seriøst(!) og vart kretsmester (Møre&Romsdal) i 1992. Ellers har eg spelt handball i 11 år (før eg flytta til Bergen) og gikk idrettslinja på vidaregåande.

4. Eg elskar musikk og var éin av fem ravara i heimbygda Ulsteinvik på 90-talet! Eg har vokse opp med blanta anna disco og italo (min far) og synthpop (min bror) og sjølv har eg alltid vore ei techno jente. Eg brukte å danse foran tv-en (når dei andre skulle sjå på tv) til feks Spagna og Donna Summer.

5. Då eg var lita klagde eg over at eg måtte gå med raude og rosa klede saman, og mamma sa til pappa at han måtte passe på kva eg kledde på meg når eg skulle i barnehagen. Eg "lånte" óg ein gullring av mamma som eg mista i barnehagen.

6. Eg har aldri brukt eller prøvd narkotika (ikkje noke sterkare enn alkohol) og stolt av det!

7. Eg blir provosert når folk står med bilen på tomgang.



Seven things you (probably) did not know about me:

1. I am a food freak. I love to cook and I hate food that is not made from scratch. I buy organic food and I spend almost all of my money on (healthy) food.

2. I am almost a vegetarian, but I eat a steak once in a while. I never eat mixed meat like sausage, minced meat, ham and so on. When I make chicken I cut off 1/3 of the filét to be sure that the meat is 100 prosent clean.

3. I was active in rythmic gymnastic, trained very serious and became champion for my county in 1992. I also have played handball in 11 years and study sports at high school.

4. I love music and was one of five ravers in my homevillage Ulsteinvik. I grew up with disco and italo (my dad) and synthpop (my brother) and I used to dance to Spagna and Donna Summer in front of the TV. Myself I have always been a techno girl.

5. I used to complain about wearing red and pink togehter when I was little, and my parents had to make sure that I putted on proper clothes for the kindergarten. I also once "borrowed" a gold ring from my mum and I lost it in the kindergarten.

6. I have never used drugs and proud of it!

7. I think it is provocating when people let their car run on empty.

YESTERDAY IS OLD NEWS

Einaste grunnen til at eg postar bildet av gårsdagens antrekk er fordi kleda eg har på er ganske gamle. Buksa er faktisk mi gamle 501 som eg kjøpte for 14 år sidan!!!! Den har fylgt meg i tjukt og tynt, for å seie det slik. I love it!
Toppen er frå Acne og cirka 2,5 år gammal. Den var veldig oversized då eg kjøpte den og er fin no med store armholer.

The only reason I am posting this picture of yesterdays outfit is because the clothes I wear are quite old. The jeans are my old and very own Levis 501 which I bought 14 years ago. It has followed me almost half my life. I love it!
The top is from Acne and is cirka 2,5 years old. It was very oversized when I bought it and it has big armholes which is very now.

Some Jeremy Loves Ksubi stuff can now be seen (and bought) at My Catwalk. I like the shorts and the pants with the braces. What do you think?

VERSACE FOR YOU?

Mange spår ein Versace-revival etter at blant andre Wood Wood i København har satsa tungt på merket. Eg er litt usikker (iallefall enn så lenge!). Såg eit jeans-skjørt i London som var fint med logo all over men kjøpte det ikkje.
Angra heller på at eg ikkje kjøpte ein vintage tee/kjole i silke som var merka Gianni Versace i Berlin i fjor. Damn!

Versace seems to become cool again. Copenhagen shop Wood Wood has loads of the brand. I am not sure (at least not yet!) what to think. I saw this all over logo jeans skirt in London but I did not buy it.
But I regret that I did not buy a vintage tee/dress in silk labeled Gianni Versace in Berlin a year ago. Damn!

Pepper har fått inn April 77. Det franske jeansmerket har streng etisk profil og fair trade på produksjonen, "skinnlappane" bak på buksa er skinnimitasjon og mannen bak det merket er veganar som gjer at heile kolleksjonen er fullstendig skinn- og lærfri. Og buksene? Cool passform til gut og jente og i fleire fargar. I like!

The Bergenshop Pepper now stocks April 77. The french jeansbrand has high ethics towards the production and fair trade. The man behind it all is a vegan which means that the whole collection is leatherfree, even the jeans tag is in leather imitation.
And the pants? They come in cool shapes for both boys and girls and in several colours. I like!

Har kjøpt ny parfyme, Flowerbomb frå Viktor&Rolf. Den luktar som ei blomsterbombe (he he) og kan minne litt om både Gucci Rush og Stella McCartney (to andre favorittar!).
Lipglossen frå Mac er i fargen "Pink Poodle" og er både frisk og sitter godt.
Perfekt til eit naturleg sommaransikt med lite sminke!

New parfume, Flowerbomb from Viktor&Rolf. It smells like a flowerbomb (ha ha) and reminds me of Gucci Rush and Stella McCartney, another favourites of mine.
The lipgloss from Mac is in the colour "Pink Poodle". It is fresh and stays on for a long time. Perfect for a natural summer look with minimal make up!

Endå eit svenskt merke, So Last Season. Bra ting, eg likar når folk lagar nye vriar av klassiske plagg.

Another swedish brand, So Last Season. Nice stuff, I like when a take a classic piece and make it brand new.

SKYWARD

Eit nytt merke som eg såg i London både på Kokon To Zai og Pineal Eye var svenske Skyward.
Merket kan best beskrivast som konseptuelt, mørkt, seriøst og ganske 90-tals men på ein litt annan måte enn neon og smiley.
Produkta er i jersey stoff og fasongane er frå oversized til gigantsize. I like!

A new brand discovered in London, Skyward from Sweden. They sold the brand both at Kokon To Zai and Pineal Eye and can be described as conseptual, dark, serious and kind of 90s but not the neon/smiley-thing.
The clothes are in jersey fabrics and sizes from oversized to giganticsize. I like!

I LOVE THE OCEAN (AND FLØ)

The best place. Wearing shoes from Acne/Tretorn, tights from Ann Hagen, hood from Weekday, tee from KTZ and scarf from Henrik Vibskov.

NERD ALERT

Ok, eg ser dårleg, men eg brukar linser. Av åpenbare grunnar.
Fann desse gamle brillene til pappa heime, og kanskje eg klarer å overtale han til å få dei. Eg treng nemleg eit par etter at boyfen satt seg på dei streite Miu Miu brillene mine som eg har hatt i nødverge (det er anbefalt å ha eit par i bakhand).

I do not see that well, and I use lenses for obvious reasons.
I found these old glasses of my father at home, and maybe I can make him give them to me. I need a new pair after my boyf sat on my old ones, it is recommended to have a pair just in case.

WHAT TO WEAR????

This is what I ended up wearing at the Acne Jeans-party last night. A dress/tee from Scene by Tjallamalla (which I also bought yesterday), silver lamé leggings + tube bra from American Apparel and lamé shoes from Tokyo Bopper.
And just for the record: I love that I am so much paler than the Oslo-girls behind me.

Det var så mykje bra på Weekday, eg kjøpte denne secondhandjakka (den farga litt vrengt) og oversized tee med stor hals frå WKND.

I går besøkte eg det som må vere ein av dei beste butikkane ever: Weekday. Heilt fantastisk å kome til ein butikk der nesten alt er spot on med merker som Wood Wood, Acne, KTZ, Henrik Vibskov, April 77, Velour, Carin Wester, Julian Red, So Last Season og mykje mykje meir i tillegg til deira eigne merker som Cheap Monday, WKND og MSFTS (yes, det er samme folka!).
Butikken er gigantisk med secondhandavdeling i kjellaren og ligger i Götgatan 21 på Södermalm.
Anbefalast på det sterkaste!

Yesterday I visited Weekday and it has to be one of the best shops ever! Truly amazing and gigantic with brands like Wood Wood, Acne, KTZ, Henrik Vibskov, April 77, Velour, Carin Wester, Julian Red, So Last Season and much much more included their own brands Cheap Monday, WKND and MSFTS (yes it all the same people behind it). Secondhand clothes in the basement.

I strongly recommend you to go to the store at Götgatan 21, Södermalm if are in Stockholm!

Er no i Stockholm der hovudtingen er visning av Acne Jeans 2008 vår-og sommarkolleksjon i morga. Årets "what-to-wear?" men satsar på at det skal gå bra.
Blir forresten spennande å sjå kva andre folk har på seg og sjølvsagt kva retning Acne går neste år.
Kjøpte meg med dette PVC-skjørtet på Topshop før vi reiste frå London. I like!
PS! Etter å ha vore på Topshop spyr eg av slogan-tees, det er overalt og i mange dårlege variantar.

Came to Stockholm tonight where the main thing is to go to the Acne Jeans show tomorrow. The big "what-to-wear?" occasion, but I will be fine. I am excited to see what the others are wearing and of course to see next years Acne-collection.
I bought this PVC-skirt at Topshop before leaving London today. I like!
PS! After visiting Topshop I am so sick of slogans tee. So many bad ones and they are everywhere.

Kokon To Zaier ikkje berre ein kul butikk i London, men dei har óg sitt eige merke med initialane KTZ. Kjøpte fleire KTZ-plagg der no, og eg kjøpte óg denne på Faline i Tokyo.

Kokon To Zai is not just a cool shop in London, it is also a brand with the name KTZ. I bought some stuff from the label this week, and I also bought this bag at Faline in Tokyo.
